Where do I download the report?

Settlement / payout

Seller Central → Payments / Finance → All Statements → choose a completed settlement → Download Flat File. FBA sellers can use Flat File V2 where available.

Transaction / date-range financial activity

Seller Central → Payments / Finance → download the Transactions CSV or Monthly Unified Transaction report for the period you want to review.

Important distinction

Settlement statements and Date Range reports answer different questions

A settlement statement is designed around a closed payout period and is the better source when you want to reconcile a bank payout. A Date Range Transaction report is better for activity posted during a month or custom range and can include transactions that are not yet released for payout.

Settlement reportUse it for “Why did Amazon deposit this amount?”

Date Range Transaction reportUse it for “What financial activity posted during this period?”

Tax figuresThe analyzer only reports tax/TCS/TDS amounts explicitly present in your file. It does not calculate final tax liability.
