How your listing fee is calculated
One base product with five size variations uses one base-listing slot, plus four extra variations: 4 × ₹20 = ₹80 + GST in variation charges, in addition to the applicable base-listing package.
The 101+ base-listing slab is a volume discount applied to the whole base-listing order. For example, 100 base listings cost ₹5,000 + GST; 101 cost ₹4,040 + GST. Variation SKUs are charged separately.
Pricing is based on base-product listing quantity, with ₹20 + GST for each additional variation SKU. For 101+ base SKUs, ₹40 + GST applies to all base SKUs in that order.

Who supplies the product photographs?
The seller supplies images and basic facts. CES writes structured, optimized catalogue content based on those inputs.
How are variation SKUs charged?
One main/base product is included in the chosen base-listing slab. Each additional size/colour variation SKU is ₹20 + GST.
What does the 101+ listing rate mean?
For a batch of more than 100 base SKUs, ₹40 + GST is charged on every base SKU in that batch. For example, 120 base SKUs cost ₹4,800 + GST before additional variations.
When are the listings submitted?
CES prepares and submits an agreed complete batch within 4 working days of receiving all required information. Platform QC and approval time is separate.
Is listing correction free if the platform rejects an item?
No. Rejection correction and re-submission are not included free with the standard standalone listing package; any additional work is separately agreed.
Will I have to pay in advance?
Yes. CES charges 100% of the agreed service fee plus GST in advance.

- Payment is 100% in advance. Seller-initiated cancellation after payment is non-refundable.
- The seller must provide complete, accurate product details, suitable product images and all required compliance documents. Product photography is not included.
- One base listing is counted under the relevant quantity slab; each additional size/colour variation SKU is ₹20 + GST in standalone listing orders.
- When more than 100 base listings are ordered, ₹40 + GST applies to every base SKU in the order, not just the portion above 100.
- CES aims to prepare and submit listings within 4 working days after receiving all complete information required for that agreed batch. Marketplace review, activation and approvals may take longer.
- Brand and category approval application/documentation assistance is included when required; seller provides valid supporting documents. Marketplace approvals are not guaranteed.
- Free correction and re-submission after a platform listing rejection are not part of the agreed standard package; any new scope or fee will be agreed separately.
- Seller retains ownership of platform account, credentials, OTPs, compliance, prices and business decisions. CES is an independent service provider.
