Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to info@chandraecomsolutions.com.
- Where a service has not started, eligibility for a refund will be reviewed according to the applicable service terms.
- Once customized work has started, cancellation or refund may be restricted because time and resources have already been committed.
Cancellation by Chandra Ecom Solutions
We may suspend or cancel services for non-payment, material breach of service terms, fraudulent activity, legal restrictions or circumstances that make delivery impracticable. Where cancellation is initiated by CES for reasons unrelated to a client breach, any refund will be assessed based on work completed and the applicable agreement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized service work after commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Completed consultation or training sessions.
- Advertising spend charged by marketplace or advertising platforms.
- Work already delivered or completed within the agreed scope.
Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets are spent through marketplace or advertising platforms and normally cannot be reversed after delivery. Advertising performance varies and is affected by competition, product demand, pricing, listing quality, inventory, reviews and platform systems.
Reinstatement-Specific Terms
For the current Seller Reinstatement service, the applicable service period is up to 45 days. Where the written engagement provides for a 50% professional-fee refund if the account remains unreinstated at the end of that period, eligibility remains subject to the stated cooperation, scope and information-access conditions. Any eligible refund applies to the professional service fee only; GST is non-refundable. Amazon makes all final account decisions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method after eligibility is confirmed in writing. Eligible refunds are usually processed within 3 business days and may take up to 7 business days. Banking or payment-provider settlement time may be additional.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Service agreements may specify applicable jurisdiction, including courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where legally valid.
